Ongoing Harassment
Following the 2023 court ruling that upheld their neighbour's title boundary, Rosa and Murray Bell have initiated a sustained harassment campaign against their neighbours, due to being disgruntled at having their case thrown out of court by the the Judge.

Behind them the fence is not 'destroyed' as falsely stated by Rosa Bell, but reinstated.

It is NOT a 1.9m wide gap, as sensationalised by Rosa Bell's fabricated stories sold to the tabloids.
Despite formal legal closure, their behaviour has persisted and resulted in multiple police reports.
UK Police have formally classified several incidents as criminal damage, with additional reports filed for harassment, racial abuse, public disorder, theft, assault, and unlawful interference.
Rosa and Murray Bell continue to reject the legal boundary upheld by HM Land Registry and the court ruling.
Documented Police Incidents
Police reports, supported by video footage, audio recordings, photographic documentation, and multiple witness statements, reference the following behaviours by Rosa and Murray Bell:
Racially abusive and derogatory verbal conduct toward their neighbours.
Physically intimidating, violent and aggressive behaviour toward their neighbours.
Theft and criminal damage by Murray Bell
Repeated privacy violations and sustained harassment by Rosa and Murray Bell
Extensive damage to their neighbour's property and boundary by Rosa and Murray Bell
All of these incidents have been formally documented and submitted to UK Police, forming part of an ongoing Police investigation into Rosa and Murray Bell's criminal conduct.

They were caught in the act and the Police were called. The Police found that Rosa and Murray Bell had moved back to Portugal immediately after the incident.
