Visual evidence demonstrating the tabloid claims are false.

Murray and Rosa Bell took down their neighbour's fence and started shouting verbal abuse and pointing.
They were not in Australia
Contradicting the fabricated tabloid claims, Rosa Bell (whose real legal name is Palmira Bell) and Murray Bell were physically present during the repositioning of their neighbour's rear fence. They did not merely observe via CCTV, as falsely suggested. Instead, they actively harassed the sole contractor on site.
Rosa Bell, originally from Portugal spends 6-10 months every year living in Portugal with Murray Bell.
The contractor reported repeated verbal abuse, physical obstruction, and direct interference from both Rosa and Murray Bell throughout the works.

Murray Bell, (originally from NZ) trespassing through their neighbour's rear garden during the three-month Stand-Down Period
Due to the incomplete fence, Rosa and Murray Bell, along with their friends, family members, and three contractors, would walk through their neighbour's rear garden during the agreed three-month resolution period initiated by their neighbour.
Where their neighbour's repeatedly requested Mediation, or for Rosa Bell to apply for adverse possession.
Both of which Rosa Bell failed to do.

Rosa Bell's Garden Shed Relocation
Rosa and Murray Bell’s garden shed was formally identified as a trespass by Rosa Bell’s own solicitor. Following legal advice, their neighbours obtained a solicitor’s letter authorising the removal of all boundary line trespasses before to commencing works, to allow the fence to be completed.
Contractors then relocated the shed intact to the Bells’ patio. Contrary to tabloid claims, the process was orderly and caused no mess or destruction.
This was independently confirmed by two attending Police officers, as well as two of Rosa Bell’s own friends who were present at the time.
Before its relocation, the roof of Rosa Bell’s garden shed sloped down against their neighbour's property, causing damp and mould to develop on their neighbour's wall. Over several years, their neighbours sent multiple letters asking Rosa Bell to either relocate the shed or install a gutter at the rear to prevent further damage. Rosa Bell refused to take any action, allowing rainwater to continue running off her shed roof directly damaging their neighbour's wall.
Rosa Bell moved their Garden Shed to the rear patio at the end of 2023
A few months after their neighbour relocated the garden shed to the Bell's kitchen patio area, to allow the fence to be completed, Rosa and Murray Bell cut their garden shed in half and moved it to the patio at the end of their garden, where it remains in active use today.
When Rosa Bell emptied the shed in preparation for this move, it appears she photographed the temporary clutter around it and provided those images to the tabloids, falsely stating the fence contractors had left the mess that she had created.

Rosa Bell's rear Patio Remained Untouched
As shown in the accompanying photo, the rear patio remains intact and in active use, directly contradicting sensationalised tabloid claims that “They have completely wrecked the patio at the back.” The image makes clear that this claim was fabricated.
Rosa and Murray Bell’s own solicitor formally identified the section of the rear patio that overlapped onto their neighbour's property as a trespass.
Contractors removed the encroaching section of tiles in a single piece, as it had been added as an extension to the original patio length, and returned all items afterwards. The photo confirms that Rosa Bell’s patio, up to the fence line, was left untouched.
Philip Bell, Rosa Bell’s son, was staying at the property at the time and was heard shovelling debris around the patio area in an attempt to shape a mess for the tabloid photos. He also placed the spare fence panels and posts onto the rear patio to stage 'a mess' on the rear patio.
Boundary corridor Between Properties
Boundary corridor Between Properties
Tabloid claims that the paving in the boundary corridor between Nos. 70 and 72 was “dug up” or “destroyed” are false. The paving was cleanly cut at the legal boundary line during their neighbour's fence installation and remains intact and in active use by Rosa and Murray Bell today.

Front Panel and Restoration Efforts
The original panel (photo 1) between Nos. 70 and 72 was professionally repaired and reinstated in its upright position to ensure security and containment within the boundary corridor.
Rosa Bell later pulled the panel from its secured position, to leave it hanging, before taking a photo for the tabloids.
Despite this, the panel remained in place for over two years before Rosa and Murray Bell replaced it with a garden shed (photo 2) in March 2025.

Fence Installation and Boundary Positioning
Misleading tabloid reports falsely claimed that their neighbour's fence was installed beyond their legal boundary. In reality, the work was carried out within their neighbour's property, except for a narrow section adjacent to the corner of their garage, where Rosa Bell granted explicit permission to complete the installation.
As shown in photo 3, the fence was re-aligned by only a few inches on the front drive, not the 1.9 metres sensationalised in the tabloid headlines. The final installation follows the official HMLR legal boundary.

Unsolicited Surveillance in February 2025
In February 2025, Rosa Bell, was observed filming their neighbours while they washed their car on their driveway.
This unsolicited recording forms part of a broader pattern of surveillance and neighbourly hostility by Rosa and Murray Bell, following their unsuccessful court claim against their neighbours.
Ongoing Harrassment

They later staged a 'mess' , by emptying the contents from inside the shed around the patio to give to the tabloids. (Garden shed circled in blue).
